<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct complete separation vinyl chloride resin from metal without contamination of metal powder and foreign matters by passing a composite material of vinyl chloride resin and metal through a clearance of a pair of rolls which is set up to be narrower than the thickness of the composite material and slightly broader than the thickness of metal. SOLUTION: In a process in which a composite material 3, which is not preheated, passes through the clearance of a pair of heated rolls, a part of the vinyl chloride resin 5 of the composite material 3 which contacts a heating roll is softened by the heat of the roll and cut off to adhere to the roll. The cut-off resin 5, which is not heated sufficiently because of short contact time with the roll, is separated from the roll to fall. During the passage of the composite material 3, which is not preheated, through the clearance of the pair of rolls, the resin 5 in the composite material 3 is rolled. Two parties can be separated by weak force.</p> |
