A displacement device of circular die in steel pipe coating apparatus having a linear pipe(31) and a bended pipe(33) respectively fixed to a cylinder head(21) and a circular die(11); and a right angled pipe(32) coupled between said linear pipe(31) and said bended pipe(33) to rotate said right angled pipe(32) and bended pipe(33) is disclosed. Thereby, centering of the steel pipe(SP) and the circular die(11) is possible regardless of a steel pipe moving apparatus(13).
