METHOD FOR AUTOMATIC VOICE RECOGNITION IN PHONE CALL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish quickly and easily a database for voice recognition templates in the voice operation service system by using additional data. SOLUTION: In order to extend a capability of the automatic voice recognition system, information stored in additional database is utilized. Thus, a 1st input is obtained to identify an aspect of the user of the electric communication network. The additional information consisting of text information relating to the 1st input stored in the additional database is discriminated and retrieved. A voice recognition template that is derived from the additional information retrieved from the additional database is generated. Then the voice recognition template is used to configure an utterance word and recognizing a 2nd input including information denoting the additional information.
