PURPOSE:To increase efficiency of a cooker with the kind of a pan changed according to a cooked content by dividing a heating coil into a first coil heating a pan bottom surface and a second coil heating a side surface, providing an input control device to each coil, and selectively using the pan limiting a magnetic substance part to a bottom part or side part. CONSTITUTION:The heating coil of a cooker is divided into a first coil 30 heating only a pan 7 bottom surface and a second coil 31 heating only a side surface, and the first and second coils 30 and 31 ace separately controlled with first and second input control means 32 and 35 respectively. A magnetic substance part 20 receiving induction heating is limited with the pan 7, the pan in (a) is used when heating from only the bottom surface is needed for a grilled meat, etc., heating only from the side surface is made using the pan 7 in (b) when boiling such as curry or stew, etc., is conducted, and concurrent heating from the bottom and side surfaces is made using the pan 7 in (c) when frying is conducted. This enables the selective use of the pan 7 corresponding to the kind of cooking to make effective cooking according to the kind of respective dishes. |
