PURPOSE: To provide a method of suppressing the moisture absorption and oxidizability of a dried powder culture medium. CONSTITUTION: This method of producing a dried powder culture medium comprises the following two operation steps: (1) the first step where the mixed and fluidized powdery culture medium components are pulverized by spraying with liquid; (2) the second step where the pulverized culture medium is sprayed with a solution containing at least one selected from the group consisting of natural glue, synthetic glue, saccharides and oils and fats and dried. Thus, the objective culture medium of a dried powder stabilized with excellent moisture resistance is obtained. |
