<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a method for efficiently preparing high quality toner which has a weight average particle size not exceeding 10μm, or 8μm, and sharp particle size distribution. SOLUTION: After a prescribed amount of a coarse powder material being pulverized by a specified grinding means, the fine particles are introduced into the first classification process having a specified classification means and classified into the first coarse powder and the first fine powder. The first coarse powder is introduced into the second classification process and classified into the second coarse powder and the second fine powder, and the second coarse powder is introduced again into the above grinding means and pulverized to be circulated.</p> |
