<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the activation of usability of useful bacteria by proliferating and activating spores in sludge containing spores of usable bacteria in the presence of silica and magnesium and then aerating. SOLUTION: Sludge water 2, square stone grains 3 as silica and magnesium components and sludge pellets 4 are stored in a usable bacteria activating tank 1, and a usable bacteria activating tank 1 is set in a thermostat 5. Air is diffused from the bottom section of the usable bacteria activating tank 1 by using an air diffusion pipe 6, an air diffusion pump PA, a valve 7 and a flow meter 8. The proliferation and activation of usable bacteria spores are carried out by the above arrangement. The formation of high concentration spores is accelerated by the arrangement, and the concentration of dissolved silica and magnesium is increased to accelerate the biological activities.</p> |
