PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suitably display information to be transmitted to the following car by displaying many kinds of information from a car navigation system toward outside. SOLUTION: An electrically illuminated display 3 receives and displays information from a car navigation system 2 via an interface 37 and comprises a LED panel 41 and a driver 42 for driving it and displays information such as left turn, right turn, etc., with a letter based on information from the car navigation system 2. If a CPU 33 receives an interrupt caused by direction indicating information based on a winker, a brake pedal or a shift lever, brake information or back information, the display by the car navigation system 2 is stopped to display message based on each operation information on the electrically illuminated display 3, whereby information to be transmitted to the following car can be suitably displayed.
