摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the safety and energy-saving performance by separating the fed hot water, etc., on user's side from an exhaust heat generating body so as to feed a heat to the user's side through a heating medium and circulating a secondary-side fluid by means of a flowing force of circulating heating medium. SOLUTION: A heating medium transfer equipment is operated together with the operation of a transformer as an exhaust heat generating body 13. Then an insulating oil 42 is absorbed by an endothermic part 39 in an exhaust heat recovery heat exchanger 12, and the exhaust heat fed to a radiating part 38 through the part 39 is transferred to the heating medium which is circulated by the operation of the heating medium transfer equipment. An electrically insulative material is used for the heating medium, and a part of a piping of a heat circulating route 15 is made of insulating material. Thus, even when a high voltage would leak by accident, the user's side is protected from high voltage, and the heat of the heating medium heated by the heat exchanger 12 is transferred to the primary side of an exhaust heat utilizing exchanger through the route 15.</p>
