PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow-stopping valve combined with a detachable filter. SOLUTION: An apparatus for supplying thermally melting and plastic material to a discharge apparatus has a hopper to store the thermally melting and plastic material. The hopper is connected with a heating grid to heat and melt the thermoplastic material. A reservoir block 16 includes a reservoir in which the material from the grid flows. An assembled body of a manifold and a pump is joined to the reservoir block 16 to receive the material from the reservoir block 16 and send the material to a discharge. An assembled body of a valve and a filter is positioned in the reservoir block 16. The assembled body of the valve and the filter includes a valve member movable between an open position and a closed position and a filter member for filtering the material in order to stop the flow of the material passing the reservoir block 16 and the filter is made detachable for cleaning.
