<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently eliminate sampling noise by DC-clamping a video signal outputted from an image sensing means and impressing it to a saple-and-hold circuit. SOLUTION: Output signals of a second and a third sample-and-holds circuits 12 and 14 are inputted to a first and a second level correction units 26 and 28 respectively to correct the DC level between the input and output of each sample-and-hold circuit. In this case, the first level correction unit 26 makes output of the second sample-and-hold circuit coincide with DC output of a fourth sample-and-hold circuit 30, and makes the second level correction unit 28 coincide with DC output of the third sample-and-hold circuit 32 before inputting the output signal to the first and second noise reduction units 36 and 38 respectively.</p> |
