Invention applies to the vodka manufacturing industry. The chosen ingredient ratio in kg/1000 deca-litres, of the new vodka is as follows: sugar 14-15; acetic acid (80 percent) 0.3-0.5; a mixture of alcohol and water - up to the amount of 1000 deca-litres. Organoleptic indicators of the proposed vodka are as follows: the strength is 40 percent; the colour is a colourless liquid; the flavour is soft, without outside tones and the aroma is vodka specific. The industrial method of the production of the vodka has been started in the Joint-Stock company "Vilniaus degtine".
