The invention applies to instruments and is intended for the calculation of consumed water and heat amounts in open and closed thermal heating systems. Intention is to increase the precision of water and heat flow calculations by the ultrasound heating meter, consisting of a debit measuring device (1), temperature measuring unit (9) and calculating unit (13). The debit measuring device (1) consists of a debit measuring section (2) with two installed ultrasound transducers (3, 4), connected to a signal switchboard (5), the input of which is connected to a transmitter (7) and the output is connected to a receiver (6), the output of which is connected to the signal propagation time measuring module (8). The module input is connected to the transmitter. The temperature measuring unit (9) which consists of two temperature sensors (10, 11) connected to a temperature measuring channel (12), and calculation unit (13) consists of a microprocessor (14), at the outputs of which there are connected an indicator (15) and a unit of standard signals (16), and in the input, are connected the temperature measuring channel (12) and the signal propagation time measuring module (8).
