<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extinguish electromagnetic waves radiated from proximity of the transmission part of a portable telephone set and the protruding part of an antenna at least at an ear pad part closer to the head by arranging an electromagnetic wave shielding member at least at the part of a portable telephone set cover corresponding to the receiver part of the portable telephone set. SOLUTION: A portable telephone set cover 1 is formed for protecting the whole portable telephone set visible through a transparent window 2 while wrapping it, and its upper section 5 is provided correspondingly to the receiver part of the portable telephone set and used as the ear pad part 5. In this case, an electromagnetic wave shielding cloth part 8 formed by sewing electromagnetic wave shielding cloth is provided between the front cloth and rear cloth of the portable telephone set cover 1 whose front base is composed of leather or synthetic resin, a lid part 8a is successively provided at its top end section, and a band part 8b for covering the antenna protruding part on the main body side of the portable telephone set or the side face of the antenna is provided by protruding from the lid part 8a. Thus, the electromagnetic waves radiated from the portable telephone set can be almost completely shielded at the ear pad part 5.</p> |
