<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible protective layer for shop connecting part of power cable which can attain prescribed protection without conducting jointing between a metallic protective tube and a cable metallic sheath, which is a possible cause of breakage. SOLUTION: A rubber layer 10 is formed so as to cover all of a cable core connection 3 in a conductor and an insulator, and a cable metallic sheath 4 end part and a cable anticorrosive layer 5 end part between which the cable core connection 3 is put and which face each other. On the rubber layer 10, a metallic protective tube 9 is separated from the metallic sheath 4 end part, and has the length long enough to bridge the section between the metallic sheath end parts to form an anticorrosive layer 8 so as to cover the whole connection part. As the rubber material, either of urethane rubber or silicon rubber may be applied. Half-solid resin may be used in place of rubber.</p> |
