PURPOSE:To exchange molds positively in a short time while improving the workability of arrangement and operating efficiency by installing a specified mold exchange mechanism with a station movable in approach and separation manners to and in parallel with an extrusion head near the head. CONSTITUTION:A mold automatic exchange 11 is mounted onto a truck 13 movably placed onto parallel guide rails 12 in the vicinity of an extrusion head body 1 through rails 14. The rails 14 on the truck 13 are laid in the direction orthogonal to the rails 12, and the exchange 11 is brought near to and separated from the heat body 1 along the rails 14. A mold exchange mechanism 15 with a station 16 is set up at one end of the exchange 11, and mechanism 15 is composed of a mechanism 20 clamping a preform die 5 fitted to the head body 1, a mechanism 30 locking the clamping mechanism 20 and a mechanism 40 drawing the die 4. Accordingly, the movement at the time of the exchange of molds is brought to a rectilinear state, and the automatic exchange can be utilized effectively even at a narrow place. |
