SOLUTION: This inspecting instrument comprises an inspecting instrument unit A, a sensor combined with the inspecting instrument unit to measure the intensity and waveform of a radiation R and an information control section 10 to digitally process a signal detected by the sensor. This achieves a measurement at a high accuracy of the intensity and the waveform of the radiation R with a millimeter wavelength and a micro wavelength generated from a human body.
