<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device capable of easily correcting a single driving line so as to include the staging-option. SOLUTION: This device 10 contains a paper sheet feeding assembly provided with plural rollers for feeding the transfer sheet to an electrophotographic assembly 12. A detachable idler gear can be inserted between the paper sheet feeding assembly 14 and the electrophotographic assembly 12, and when the idler gear is mounted, the paper feeding assembly 14 is driven thereby. The staging-assembly 52 includes a rotary driving component for driving the paper sheet feeding assembly 14, capable of rotating one of the above rollers while being connected therewith, when the idler gear is detached, the driving device for rotary driving a rotary driving component, and electric connectors 34 and 60 for electrically connecting the staging assembly 52 with the electrophotographic assembly 12. The staging assembly 52 is the module type assembly which can be connected with and detached from the paper sheet feeding assembly 14.</p> |
