PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an expanded polyurethane molded product dealt with the density distribution nonuniformity inside due to expansion using a conventional foaming agent, thus uniform in density distribution, low in warpage, excellent in cuttability, and light in weight, therefore suitable as a model material. SOLUTION: This polyurethane foam molded product is obtained by expanding through mechanical frothing method a composition virtually free from any foaming agent and comprising an organic polyisocyanate component, active hydrogen component composed of a high-molecular weight polyol (A1 ) 20-250 in OH value and a low-molecular weight polyol (A2 ) 300-1000 in OH value [the weight ratio A1 /A2 =(5-50) to (50-95)], and 1 pt.wt. or more of a dehydrating agent based on 100 pts.wt. of the active hydrogen component. |
