PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify control of shift stages by providing first shift means changing over transmission devices and second shift means performing changeover to a shift stage at which the vehicle speed value is obtained through the input thereof. SOLUTION: First transmission means is of operation selective type, and a user selects the kind of operation through a shift lever 30, then he/she presses a shift stage up or down button 55 or 56 to select the shift stage corresponding to the selected range. The information is transmitted to a control unit which performs changeover between a main shift device and an auxiliary shift device. Second transmission device performs changeover to the shift stage corresponding to the input vehicle value. When an arbitral speed is input through operation of the bottons 55, 56, changeover is made to the shift stage of the input vehicle speed value or more and closest thereto. Accordingly, variation of vehicle speed value is reduced at the time of running, and a stable operation without uneveness is secured. |
