<p>PURPOSE: To manufacture one set of constituting components of a mold body or a mold capable of manufacturing boxes of different shapes and sizes by using the same components. CONSTITUTION: The injection mold comprises two relatively sliding assemblies, one of which has a plate 1 for supporting male parts 5, 7 of the mold and the other of which has plates 8, 9 for supporting female parts 11 to 19 of the mold. The male part has a core 6 fixed by a removable method on the plate 1 of the male assembly and a trimming piece 7 fixed by a removable method at the plate 1 around the core 6. The female parts are realized by stacking, jaxtaposition of a modular piece and the removing method and their fixing on the plats 8, 9 of the female assembly.</p> |
