PURPOSE:To reduce a lowering of sound absorbing effect by closing hollow parts by an adhesive by placing an adhesive film consisting of a fiber layer and an adhesive layer on the end surface of honeycomb core and heating the same to bond the adhesive layer and peeling off the fiber layer of the adhesive film after cooling. CONSTITUTION:An adhesive film 3 consisting of an adhesive layer 4 and a fiber layer 5 is used to be placed on the end surface of a honeycomb core 1 at first and the whole is heated to bond the adhesive layer 4 to the end surface of the honeycomb core 1 and, further, the whole is cooled to mechanically peel off the fiber layer 5. The adhesive layer 4 remains only on the end surface of the honeycomb core 1 and does not penetrate in the hollow parts 2 of the honeycomb core 1. Next, the whole is again heated. By this method, the adhesive layer 4 is shrunk on the end surface of the honeycomb core 1 in a roundish shape and opening parts having a large area are obtained on said end surface. Thereafter, a surface plate 9 is placed on the adhesive layers 4 and the whole is heated under pressure at the last stage to cure the adhesive layer. |
