PURPOSE:To obtain a level gage being small in size, having an excellent explosion-proof structure, making operations for fitting and removal simple and easy and, moreover, having a high degree of freedom in a design such as a position of fitting. CONSTITUTION:An enclosure 14 wherein a microwave transmitter 11, a microwave receiver 12 and various circuit elements 13 are held and a guide member 15 which guides a microwave are fitted to a vessel 1 with a fitting member 16 interposed. A liquid introducing hole 23 is provided in a curved part 15b of the guide member 15, and when a liquid fills the inside of the curved part 15b due to a rise of a liquid surface and interrupts a space for propagation of the microwave, an interruption signal is outputted from the microwave receiver 12. |
