<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform accurate ultrasonic welding work by bringing the bottom surface of an upper receiving stand and the upper surface of a lower receiving stand to a curved surface contact state in a shakable manner. SOLUTION: Ultrasonic waves generated by a ultrasonic transmitter and having exciting force of about 5000 N are transmitted to a horn made of a metal block. The horn is moved up and down and the lower part of the horn and the divided articles to be welded on the receiving stand fixed to a stand are brought into contact with each other in parallel to perform ultrasonic welding. The receiving stand consists of an upper receiving stand 11, a lower receiving stand 12 and the ball 13 of which the material quality is high carbon chromium bearing steel interposed between them. The receiving stands 11, 12 have grooves in which a spherical substance is fitted. Further, the upper receiving stand 11 is connected to the lower receiving stand 12 by using a guide plate 14 so as not to be rotated.</p> |
