<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent the lowering of product quality or the cutting of a strand even if the flow characteristics of a material to be extruded change by arbitrarily regulating the spreading degree of a resin within an expanded width passage. SOLUTION: A die device is constituted so that the die holder 6 having the extrusion passage 5 communicating with the barrel outlet 4 of an extruder 3 therein is attached to the front end of a barrel 2 and the die plate 8 having a plurality of the die orifices communicating with the extrusion passage 5 is attached to the front end of the die holder 6 and the front part of the extrusion passage 5 is set to an expanded passage 14 wider than the barrel outlet 4 and a plurality of die orifices 7 are arranged so as to be spread in the width direction of the expanded width passage 4. In this case, a flow degree regulating means 25 changing the throttled quantity at the central part in the width direction of the expanded width passage 4 to regulate the spreading degree of the material to be extruded flowing through the expanded width passage 14 forwardly in the width direction of the passage is provided.</p> |
