PURPOSE:To perform distribution and reaction of reagent efficiently and to reduce a providing area, by stacking and arranging stages in the vertical direction, and arranging a pipette so that it is freely slidden and moved in the vertical direction. CONSTITUTION:A plate stage 11, a chip stage 12 and a reagent stage 13 are stacked and arranged in the vertical direction from the upper side. The stages 11-13 are slidden and moved between a reagent distributing part and a temperature processing part. A microplate 14, in which a sample is inputted, is provided on the stage 11. Chips 15 are mounted on a pipette 31, which can be slidden freely in the vertical direction, from the stage 12, which is moved to the distributing part. Reagent is sucked from the stage 13, which is moved to the distributing part from the stage 12. A minute amount of the reagent is distributed into the recess of the plate 14 on the stage 11. Thereafter, a waste chip is removed from the pipette 31. The stage 11 is heated for a specified time. Then, isotope is distributed, enzyme is distributed and heating is performed by the same way. Thus the enzyle and the like are automatically analyzed. In this stacked constitution, the minute distribution of the reagent, temperature reaction and the like are efficiently performed. The providing area can be remarkably reduced in comparison with a planar arrangement. |
