SOLUTION: This polypeptide comprising the first to third immunoglobulin- like domains, the first to fourth immunoglobulin-like domains or the first to fifth immunoglobulin-like domains in the extracellular region of a FLT acting as a VEGF receptor has a VEGF-inhibiting activity.
