The variable oil hydraulic structure based upon weight of vehicle is constructed to reduce the interval between a master cylinder piston and a rod in accordance with the load of vehicle, which causes the operation time point of a brake force to be variable, to thereby ensure an appropriate brake implementation. The variable oil hydraulic structure comprises: an intensifying cylinder fixed on a vehicle body frame and a vehicle shaft at the upper and lower ends thereof and for generating different oil pressure as a pressurizing part is descended to a pressurized part; a push cylinder inducing the oil pressure generated from the intensifying cylinder on the body thereof and for drawing the rod by a predetermined length; and a compression spring elastically installed between a locking protrusion of the rod and a piston stopper of the master cylinder to thereby reduce by half the oil pressure from the intensifying cylinder.
