The spring (50) has one clamping sector (52) per brake lining to hold these parallel to the axis of rotation and also has a latching sector (55) to engage the spring to the brake support. The clamping sector has a U or V part to give a connecting area (58) between two legs (54,56) of the U or V which are dimensioned along with the sector (22) so as to enclose a projection of the particular brake lining. Two guide surfaces (53) of the spring can each be joined to a clamping sector, and each has an angularly projecting tongue as latching sector as specified. The free end of each tongue can be spaced from the clamping sector as to clamp one arm of the brake support between clamp and tongue end. The bridge (69) joining the two guide faces can be sized to make room for the brake disc between the two faces. |
