The hydraulic anti-vibration support sleeve consists of two rigid tubes (1,2) enclosed one inside the other, and joined by an elastomer body (3) to form two sealed chambers (A,B) diametrically opposed which are joined together by a narrow channel (5). The chambers and the channel are filled with a liquid. These chambers are partly defined by a flexible sealing membrane (6) and which separates them from an air chamber (7). It also contains an elastomer sheet (8) cladding the internal face of the outside structure (2). A cylindrical rigid cage (9) is force fitted onto the inside of this structure which has cut-outs (10) facing the chambers and that the external structure itself is slotted in regard to these cut-outs of the cage in a way that the slot (12) forms a defined space (7), on the axis side of the sleeve, in conjunction with a part of the elastomer sheet which also forms the separating membrane (6).
