摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure which enables the resistance of a matrix wire to be set low without enlarging the width of a chip. SOLUTION: A light emitting diode group contained in a chip is divided into at least two blocks 351 -35N which are constituted of plural pieces of light emitting diode respectively. Further, the group of light emitting diodes contained in each of the blocks formed by division is divided into at least two groups 371 -37q each of which is constituted of plural pieces of light emitting diode. In addition, a common electrode 39 which is installed per group and connects the first electrodes 33k to each other on the light emitting diodes in each group, a matrix wire 41 which is installed per block and connects together the second electrodes 33a of each of the light emitting diodes selected from each of the groups in each of the blocks, and a group 4 of individual electrodes which are installed per block and are connected to the matrix wire 41, are provided as constituent components.
