PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forming method of a functional film by which the intrinsic size and shape of particles of a functional material are used and the functional characteristics of a functional film can be enough obtd. at a low cost without requiring a large-scale facility including a waste water processing equipment. SOLUTION: A metal film 10 having lower melting point than that of a functional material is formed on the surface of a metal plate 2 and molten. During melting the metal film 10, particles 7 of a functional material are sprayed through injection nozzles 3, 4 on the metal coating film 10 in a molten state. By sticking the particles 7 of the functional material without melting to deposit the particles 7 of the functional material on the surface of the metal plate 2, the intrinsic size, shape and hardness of the particles of the functional material can be maintained. |
