PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for removing a foreign material such as hair, an insect, etc., from a food material such as a pork meat, a lettuce, etc. SOLUTION: This device for removing a foreign material is constituted by forming plural penetrating holes 15 to a bucket 4 for housing a food material 3, which is installed as freely and angularity displaceable around a shaft line and angularly displaced by an angilarly displacing means 5 over a washing position 17 and a discharging position 18. A liquid is stored in a washing vessel 2, and is conveyed by pressure with a pressure conveying means 9 and jetted from a jet nozzle 6 to be fluidized. Also, a discharging pipe 7 is installed at the bottom part of a washing vessel 2 for conveying the liquid by pressure with the preserve conveying means 9. A changing means 10 is interposed between the pressure conveying means 9, and the jet nozzle 6 and the discharging pipe 7. The pressure conveying means 9 charges passage thereof to convey the liquid by pressure to the jet nozzle 6, when the bucket is in the first region and the covey the liquid by pressure to the discharging pipe 7 when the bucket is in the second region. |
