<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the certain sealing and fixing of a resin product. SOLUTION: In a mixed state such that the welding part 13 of the welding leg part 10 of a cap member 1 bites in the welding edge part 26 of a lamp housing 2 and the welding part 28 of the welding edge part 26 bites into the intermediate part of the welding leg part 10, the welding leg part 10 and the welding edge part 26 are welded. As a result, certain sealability and fixing properties can be obtained. The projection 27 of the welding edge part 26 of the lamp housing 2 is brought into contact with the intermediate part of the welding leg part 10 and the ultrasonic welding horn brought into contact with the leading end of the welding leg part 10 is oscillated to heat the contact part of the intermediate part of the welding leg part 10 and the projection 27 of the welding edge part 26 and the leading end part of the welding leg part 10 down to a molten state and these parts are pressed to allow the welding part 13 of the welding leg part 10 to bite into the outside of the welding edge part 26 and the welding part 28 of the welding edge part 10 into the intermediate part of the welding leg part 10, thereby coming fixed.
