FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgery, traumatology and orthopedics. Drugs are introduced in points of sciatic nerve block, and/or tibial and/or peroneal nerve, and/or posterior tibial nerve depending on localization of purulent-necrotic and ischemic injuries of lower limbs: lydase - 32 UN diluted in 20-50 ml of 0.5 % novocaine for 7 days, vancomycin - 1,000 mg 2 times a day for 14 days, derinate solution - 5 ml 1 time in two days 4 times, heparin - 5,000 UN 4 times a day for 7 days.EFFECT: method provides creating of required concentration of medicinal preparations in superficial and deep lymphatic vessels and units of lower extremities, anaesthesia, improved microcirculation, antibacterial and immunocorrecting therapy, adequate sanation of lymphatic bed and reduction of its function, reduced number of recurrences, postoperative complications.1 cl, 3 ex |
