PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector with a smaller size and a lighter weight, which is hardly broken even when subjected to a shock. SOLUTION: A connector 11 consists of a female housing 16 fixed to one wiring board 12 and a male housing 17 fixed to the other wiring board 14. On at least one of the inner face of the side wall 16a of the female housing 16 and the side face 17a of the male housing 17, a protrusion 16b is provided which is located near the bottom face 16b of the female housing 16 to be protruded to the other housing 17 when both housings 16, 17 are fitted each other. An each other fitting gap cl between both housings 16, 17 at the protrusion 16b is set smaller than an each other fitting gap c2 between both housings 16, 17 in another area than the protrusion 16b. |
