FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to coloproctology. Rear colpotomy is made. Excess of posterior vaginal wall mucosa is excised. Muscles raising anus are separated. Front is sphincter levatoroplastics is made. After the rear colpotomy, extraction of muscles raising anus with application of provisory sutures on them mirror is introduced into wound and maximum lifting upwards of vagina is made, while uterine cervix is dipped into abdominal cavity. Then uterosacral ligaments are astringed and sutured with U-shaped suture through two additional incisions on side walls of vagina in projection of uterine cervix placing suture under mucosa and transposing it to rear wall of uterine cervix, after that muscles raising anus are sutured in the same projection.EFFECT: method enables reducing risk of developing rectocele recurrent and normalizing evacuation function of rectum.1 cl, 1 ex, 2 dwg |
