PURPOSE:To efficiently a produce capsule including a high concn. aqueous solution according to a submerged drying method by using a solution prepared by dissolving or dispersing a compound becoming a core substance in glycerine or a solvent mixture of glycerine and water. CONSTITUTION:A hydrophilic solution containing an objective compound becoming a core substance and glycerine is suspended in a hydrophobic solution prepared by dissolving a film forming polymer in a hydrophobic solvent and this suspension is added to water or a medium based on water under relatively strong stirring. Whereupon, fine particles each consisting of the encapsulated component composed of the hydrophilic solution and the wall layer composed of the hydrophobic solution are formed. Subsequently, this dispersion is held under vacuum or gas is blown in the dispersion to remove the hydrophobic solvent to obtain capsules each coated with a polymer wall film containing no solvent in a slurry form. Further, these capsules are immersed in water to efficiently obtain capsules including the objective compound and water. |
