The present invention relates to a power converting system which immediately cuts off power applied to all the circuits in case of short circuit, and provides a power control unit for keeping this state, and facilitates the confirmation of consumed power. This system includes an overload sensing part forming a current transformer detecting the level of power at the power input terminal of the power converting system and cutting off the power in case that any trouble occurs at the power input terminal and maintaining this state, and detecting an output state at an AC output terminal; an overload sensing part; a short-circuit sensing part operating at short circuit; and a level display part.
