<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To regenerate various plastic materials different in material quality or color in a mixed state as they are by compressing a crushed and washed waste plastic material to heat and melt the same in a compressed state. SOLUTION: Ultrasonic oscillators 4 are provided to a pair of movable molds 3a, 3b fitted in a fixed mold 2 from upper and below and a waste plastic material 6 is pressed and compressed through the ultrasonic sending-out horns 12 of the ultrasonic oscillators 4. A vibrator 7 is attached to the fixed mold 2 and vibrated horizontally when the waste plastic material 6 is charged to enhance the filling density of the waste plastic material 6. A high frequency power supply 8 is arranged in the vicinity of a mold 1 and a converter 9, a cone 11 and a horn 12 are successively connected between the movable mold 3 and a pressure cylinder 5 and ultrasonic waves of 17 20kHz are oscillated to heat and melt the pressed and compressed waste plastic material 6. By this constitution, the waste plastic material can be regenerated as a porous filter material or a soundproof material within a short time without requiring an excessive heat source.</p> |
