<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To always keep normal operation and also to continue odorless decomposition of waste water over a long period of time by storing the optimum conditions of an organic matter decomposing medium material in a treating tank and automatically correcting the state change due to overdrying, over humidity, temperature change and gas generation in a use process. SOLUTION: A treating tank 8 almost in the shape of a cylinder is filled with an organic matter decomposing medium material 35. An agitating shaft 12 is freely rotatably supported by the right and left bearings fitted to the treating tank 8. Curved mixing blades 14 equipped with plural agitating pawls 13 are fitted to the shaft 12 at suitable intervals, and also a negative plate 15 and a positive plate 16 are provided on the inner surface in the lower part of the treating tank 8 keeping a fixed space between them. The treating tank 8 is provided with a decomposing medium material temperature detector 18, a tank gas detector 20 and the like, and based on the detection signals, the energization of an tank air feeder 3, a treating tank heating device 4, an agitating shaft driver 5 and the electrodes 15, 16 is controlled by a control panel 17. In this way, the state of the decomposing medium material 35 in the tank is kept optimum to effectively treat garbage.</p> |
