PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten an arithmetic time and to surely prevent deadlock from being caused. SOLUTION: An arithmetic target table 5 is provided which stores arithmetic contents that respective operated items of an operated item tag table 2 require by operated item numbers as table data. An analytic process 1 supplies a state change arithmetic process 3 with one or plural necessary as a queue C from the operated item tag table 2 according to a state change when the state change is made, and the arithmetic process 3 perform the operation of an arithmetic chain table in the order of the tag numbers in the queue according to arithmetic numbers registered in the arithmetic target table 5.
