SOLUTION: When a support rod 8 is moved in the condition transmitting a torque to a plate member 44, the plate member 44 is fluctuated, and at the same time, a pin member 49 is moved relatively in the longitudinal direction of a regulating groove 47, and the stroke of the support rod 8 is never regulated. And when the support rod 8 is moved in the condition to transmit no torque to the plate member 44, the pin member 49 is abutted to the side surface of the regulating groove 47, and the stroke of the support rod 8 is regulated.</p> |
