The conveying system comprises a first conveyor (10) having a loading zone (11), a weighing zone (12) and ejection zones (13.1,13.2). The conveyor has several dishes (14) which are fixed by stirrups to a first endless chain (15). Each dish is articulated on its stirrup about a spindle. A weighing scale (22) is located in the weighing zone just below the scrolling dishes. A tipper (23) in each ejection zone selectively tips a dish as a function of its measured weight and ejects the product. A second conveyor (24) is located inside the contour of the first conveyor in the loading zone. This conveyor has several rollers (26) mounted on horizontal axles orthogonal to a second endless chain (25). Each dish of the first chain is inserted between two rollers and ensures the individualisation and temporary support of the products in the loading zone.
