<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a golf ball with which a player is able to set up the face of a putter or club square to a determined hitting direction. SOLUTION: A set mark 2 is drawn by an arc, circle or ellipse on the spherical surface of the golf ball 1 and the ball is so placed that the set line (contour line) 2a of the set mark 2 is set rectilinear. The set line (contour line) 2a is then set square to the determined hitting direction. The player sets the face of the putter or club in parallel with the rectilinear set line (contour line) 2a and hits the ball. As a result, the misalignment in the hitting direction is eliminated the probability of the ball getting into a hole is improved.</p> |
