AUTOMOBILE WITH BODY SUPPORT STRUCTURE BODY AND ASSEMBLY TEMPLATE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly align mutually adjacent body parts and make them conformable according to the mounted positions of a bumper and headlights by forming an adjusting edge to which the adjacent body parts can adjoin, at an assembly template. SOLUTION: In order to mount a side door 4 and an adjacent splash board 5 on a body support structure body, a support structure body side hinge part of the side door 4 is first screw-fastened to an A-support 3 by attaching screws 8, 9 simultaneously with fitting of an assembly template 7. Each side door 4 is then aligned to an adjusting edge 10 of the assembly template 7 by adjusting the door side hinge part of a door hinge so that the front end face of the side door 4 is accurately aligned parallel with the adjusting edge 10. The front splash board 5 is then fitted to securing pins 11 of the assembly template 7, and the accurate alignment of the front splash board 5 is previously guaranteed.
