<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the formation of contaminated water accumulated on the bottom and turned into poor oxygen water and also turned into sludge by setting a pump on a poor oxygen contaminated water area, using a water pipe and the like and discharging the contaminated water out of a discharge pipe through a control and precipitation basin formed on a beach. SOLUTION: When wind blows and waves are generated on the water level S, a float 1 of a wave force pump provided on the water level is rocked to operate a pump main body 2. Contaminated water 3 around the pump main body is transferred to a control and precipitation basin 5 through a water pipe 4, wherein precipitated matters are settled and then supernatant water only is transferred to any of a water discharge pipe 7, 7', 7" or 7... laid on an artificial beach 6, and water is discharged on a comparatively small slope of the artificial beach 6. A lot of water drops and foamed are generated on a water discharge section, and air is easily dissolved into water, and rising waves travel up the slope to a certain height. The contaminated water 3 is cleaned gradually by the above-said repeated movements, and oxygen is replenished, and then thus cleaned water is pushed out by the following contaminated water 3, moved gradually to the open sea and cleaning is in progress.</p> |
