PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the standardization and mass-production of three-dimensional paper-made product by making a forming pat into a three-dimensional shape in a required area by a method wherein a resin plate having a predetermined area, in the required area of which a plurality of through holes are bored, is heated and then vacuum-formed into a desired shape. SOLUTION: In a work 8 made of a predetermined square acrylic plate, through holes are uniformly bored over the whole required area or within a circle having a predetermined radius and turning to be a forming part and other portion turning to be a basic pedestal part of the work 8. In a vacuum forming machine, a solid model 5 is set on a plate 13, which is vertically movably supported by a piston rod 14. In addition, at the upper part of guides 12, along which the plate 13 is vertically moved, the work 8 is fixed together with a vinyl chloride sheet 9 by means of a clamp 11 so as to move the solid model 5 towards the heated work 8. Concretely, in the vacuum forming machine, the solid model 5 is set and the work 8 and the vinyl chloride sheet 9 having a releasant pinched between them are heated so as to push the solid model 5 under vacuum against the work 8 and the vinyl chloride sheet 9, the stretching performance of which are confirmed, for forming. |
