PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to handily record his voice in a running car by making a controlling section control a voice recognizing device, a character string recording device and an information presenting device which are all specified. SOLUTION: A voice recognizing device 2 connected to a microphone 1 has a standard pattern about the voice data of each word and, after applying a definite processing to inputted voice signals, conducts pattern matching analysis, etc., which look up the standard pattern most similar to its own. The character string recording device 3 connected to the voice recognizing device 2 is composed from memory such as RAM which records the words obtained by pattern matching analysis in the device 2 as a character string. The information presenting device 4 connected to the character string recording device 3 presents the information recorded in the device 3 to the user, and the controlling section 5 controls the devices 2-4. By this, even in a running car, a memo is handily recorded into the voice string recording device 3 as a character string using the voice recognizing device 2. |
