The present disclosure is related to a machine for the formation of steel lamina, of different calibers and presentations (in sheets or rolls) and the product obtained with the same, consists of a steel lamina with structural design, variable radius curvature and embossed printing for using them in the manufacturing of metal structures without supporting structures or self-supporting ceilings. The lamina forming machine (1) is formed by a main frame (2) to which a plurality of support posts (10) are fixed, a plurality of structural supports (5); a preforming system (49) which contains, inter alia, a preforming frame (3), at least two upper alignment bars (6), at least two lower alignment bars (7); at least two upper feeders (65), at least one lower feeding crossbar (63), a plurality of alignment bearings (26), a plurality of adjusting brackets (16, 17); a traction system (29), a base for the traction system (18), a traction engine (30), a reduction engine (43), a set of roller gears ( 41), a roller movement transmission system (28), a plurality of forming rollers, two axes for forming rollers (70, 71); a bending system (50), at least four bending calibration supports (35) and; a dosing sheet module (80). |
